Having hearing problem in one ear. June 2, 2021
Hello Shweta , though you can hear from one ear but listening from both the ears is very important to understand directionality of speaker , broad distance coverage, will also help you to participate in group discussion and also various other factors . It will depend on you audiogram thresholds and speech Audiometry scores whether to fit with conventional hearing aid or CROS type hearing aids . But ya I will again strongly recommend you to go with the Audiologist opinion and take proper treatment at the earliest .

Hello Normally 2 yr old child speaks uttering sentences of 2 words , first of all you visit to your nearest Audiologist clinic , hearing assessment needs to be performed first to check hearing of child then according to that result we can further guide you with the rehabilitation options .

Hello, the very first thing which you should do is consult an Audiologist and Speech Language pathologist and get child's hearing evaluation done to rule out hearing loss then speech and language evaluation will be done and accordingly therapy will be started .
